i have booked thurderbird with Royal Enfield on 28th july2017 with their delhi jhandelawan dealer Essar Motor . its was delay from their side in delivery and later on i mat with an accident so its was delayed from my side but after that whenever i asked for booking or refund of booking money due to lost of booking slip they always giving me date to check in their records but till date they are neither to giving me booking and nor refund. in that regards i already done so many written and verble complaint with Royal Enfield customer support team but every time they apologies and said they will take up my complaint seriously but they never been resolving this for a long time and nobody contacting or reverting on my complaint call/mails.
