Text of Complaint by Konka suryatejaswini:

Im SURYATEJASWINI.KONKA the customer of Royal Enfield CLASSIC 350 EFI SIGNALS STORMRIDER SAND and the problem is 3 service also didnt got completed and i contacted service center for more than 5 times in these time period / the problem here is suddenly the bike got broke on the middle of the road And as i have paid rsa (road side assistance) as i have raised a complaint twice for the second time they recoved the complaint and they couldn’t help me with the
Finally the towing vehicle arrived after 5 days
And the bike was delivered to nearest showroom narasaraopet
They could find the issue in bike still they kept bike for more than 3days and also didnt informed me about the issue and also no complaint has been registered reg my concern.
And major thing is i got my tank damaged in the towing truck and the kms difference between 60km and missing mirrors i have informed the showroom people but they didn’t even responded .

Later after 4-5 days when i got the bike from the showroom suddenly my bike got brokedown infront of the tipper lory which i was about to met an accident while I am driving this incident happened in my home town and later i dint trust rsa team because it takes to the narasaraopet showroom where for the first time i didnt even got proper response and didn’t registered my complaint too

Finally i took my bike somehow to guntur by the help of my brother and then they totally rechecked my bike where they had told me that ur bike is in perfect condition u can take your bike
So i brought my bike by paying 485 /-
As i went far from my home town
