I have taken the membership for royal international club for the Date of 15/07/2022 in Goa at the time Miss sharmila and other two manger give the membership for 25 years and total amount paid via credit card 225000 and these Membership started on 1 January 2023, now I want to cancel the membership still not active and not received any mail and I talk him and also talk to customer care for that I want to cancel and refund of my money, they said that no refund policy however my membership not active they can easily send the refund of my amount,no co operation for this person and no update for customer care, it’s totally cheated for me, i required help any way I want my whole amount 225000 refund back, how I can get my money refunded, anyone can help me and guide me the procedure.
