I took membership form royal club international in March 2021. All the verbal explanation given by RCI executive was completely different From their welcome note. And again while talking membership it was COVID time so I asked what if i m not using your membership for 1 year due to COVID as I have small kid. For theses there reply was don’t worry if you don’t use membership then no annual maintenance cost will applied to you Andi now they’re asking for AMC which I m not supposed to pay as I didn’t use membership. Again employees From RCI speaks very rudely with customer using slang language. Once they sold you membership then you’re not any more important for them. Now I wish to withdraw my membership and I want my money back. It’s not easy money earned by common public strict action needed to be taken against royal club international .
