Goodday sir /madam
As commitment or briefed bu your Sr holiday consultant told me after giving ref you no need to pay anything AmC charges so please and remove this from agreement other wise cancel and refund.
2.she told me u were register with AIRDA BUT STILL I did recived appeal information if your contact told me wrong information so it will be issue
3. Which was not mention in your comment that if counter not satisfied by your facility so amount should be refund on urgent basis so plz clear all
Other I will go to your office and I will raise issue it will effect your new coustmer so plz do the earliest

The Vacationer is also required to make payment towards the Annual Maintenance charges (AMC) are RS. 9000/- (Rupees Nine Thousand) + Taxes for Studio unit & RS. 14000/- (Rupees Fourteen thousand) + Taxes for 1 BR unit towards the Vacations in the first party’s owned or Affiliated/ Associated properties.
