Hi Sir/Madam,
I have taken subscription of 10 years having 5 weeks plus 1 complimentary week for around Rs 75k in Royals club international, Goa in the month of Dec 2021. One of the marketing executive Mr Arbaz Qureshi and his Manager Mr Ashutosh Kaushal said that I can use my complimentary week in the starting if I want and then later with each week we have to pay AMC of around Rs 10k. But now when i tried to book for my vacations the Booking team is saying to pay AMC only then they will proceed with the bookings. They are not even listening to our concern and straightaway saying that if Marketing team is promising something that’s not our responsibility. I had to cancel my plans as for 2 days trip I have to pay 10k and for those hotels which are not that luxurious. They are totally fraud people who just wants to trap customers by first promising a good deal and later they will just ignore you and also their tied up hotels are very third class with poor facilities and services(as I have experienced the one in Manali which they have given as gift voucher and for that also now they are asking to pay 5k every time i call customer care).
Please help in getting my amount refunded. I have all the receipts and detail. The customer care is denying any refund and saying that it is not in the policy.
