We had booked take RCI subscription from RCI (Karan Gupta and Yash). We were strongly advised by Karan to opt for 24EMI Interest Free EMI for payment of Membership fee and our Cr was swiped accordingly, but when we got statement from Bank there was 21K INR interest was charged and then we shared it with RCI and we were committed to Refund this amount in mail, but now they are not honouring mails ans no one ia replying mails or calls. Karan seems absconding.
Further we were committed special day packages which they later not accepting.
We feel cheated and need help for full refund from such organization who don’t reaponse to customers.
