I booked for airtel Xtream fibre connection on 28/5/ 2020.
Payment of rs 2820 was done which is reflecting in my airtel app. The person who came in for collecting the payment said that within 24hrs router will be installed. It’s been 12 days and router not yet installed. No one picking the phone at nodal office. Also the person who came for registration is not answering my call. Even customer care service only says that calls are escalated to management team, yet no result.
I want my money refunded now.
