I am Gurdayal singh from Mumbai Maharashtra I had ordered two kilos of Kashmir walnuts from EZMall and received delivery today on 13th June 2020 by paying 1500/- to their courier.
After opening one packet was shocked to see rotten and smelly black color small pieces of walnut. When I called their EZMall helpline the operator told me since Maharashtra covid situation is very bad we cannot do anything about it.
I am shocked at this whole customer service. They have no covid problem to deliver rotten walnuts in Maharashtra but only when customer complaints then immediately covid problem is used to cheat the customers hard earned 1500/- money.
Very openly I was told no refund of my money and nothing can be done becos I’m residing in Maharashtra.
I want a refund of my entire money immediately failing which I am going to take legal action against the company thru my lawyers.
There are so many complaints about rotten walnuts supplied to the innocent customer which I saw just now. If I had read these before I would never have made this purchase. Henceforth in the future I will never purchase anything from ezmall.
