Today ordered 500 gms grapes.
40% was rotten.
This is always with instamart. Several times complained about the poor quality of of fruits and vegetables with such high price.
But they don’t want to support their customer. Return of money is not the solution. They should value of the product they deliver to their customer.
Note: As my phone got hanged today I couldn’t complain or send the image.
We all are working people so hardly have time to sit back to click & upload images always.
Customer try to rely on them by seeing the images they upload to convince & sell.
Same way they have to rely on the complain raised
