I booked an HRSC plate, sticker and frame and paid for it to be delivered at my home address. I used the same address and PIN as on my Aadhar card. However, payment was deducted but no order generated at the time of booking. I sent an email immediately for cancellation and refund as the order was not generated. I received an email confirming order was generated and will be delivered at home as scheduled on 14th August. On 13th August, I received a call from the delivery person of Rosmerta who said that he cannot deliver at this PIN code and asked me to come to another city (Ghaziabad) instead. I refused so he said he will transfer to another person in my location for delivery. Now I receive an email saying my order is cancelled but there will be no refund as it was not cancelled within 4 hours. The order ID was not generated and order was showing not successful so it’s not possible to cancel without order ID. This is a scam to rip people off their money and not deliver the product. Please help.
