I had made a reservation for a double sharing room (BURNLEY HOUSE , Hyderabad,Telangana) and had paid the entire amount upfront. However, upon my arrival on the property , I was informed that I would be staying in a triple sharing room for the night, with a promise of being allotted a double sharing room the next day. Regrettably, it has been three days since then, and no action has been taken to resolve this issue.
I have been diligently trying to reach out to the house captain and other concerned individuals by making numerous phone calls and sending messages. Unfortunately, neither calls nor messages have been responded to, leaving me feeling helpless and frustrated.
