Hello I pleased my order in Aug 2022 (now it’s march 2023), till date I have not received my item (dress) or a refund.
Vahishta keeps promising that she will send my item but nothing so far.
She doesn’t take calls and communication is very poor.
She makes excuses that she has covid, lung problems or someone in her family has passed away and now it’s been over 9 months and no item or refund.

The same thing happened to me. I am going through a disputes with Chaitali. She is lying to me as well. So glad I saw your review. Let’s hope this alerts other customers outside of the Uk.
She is untrustworthy and unprofessional.
I have never experienced anything like this before. I have waited over two years.
