Dear Sir/Madam,

I  am using Airtel post-paid number-9810901039 for long Time, whenever I travel out of country, I use to activity International Roaming pack as per their Zone type.

As per my recent trip in April I travelled to Dhaka on 08th-11th April I activated Zone A pack for 10 days  &  again I travelled to China from 15th -19th April i activated Zone B pack .

My issue is that I have not got any calls or SMS for over using the Internet usages, when I got my monthly bill I was shocked to see the Internet bill was around INR 15168/-

When I checked with Airtel they said its as per the plan & Denied for wave off the Internet charges.

Requesting to kindly get me the Justice
