I can see that roads have been started being repaired just a couple of weeks before rains will start.
We had the whole 1st half of the year with us. This task was picked NOW!!! If the roads are given proper time, they will strengthen well. Now, the rains will start and the roads will wash away in just a few weeks.
Why is this allowed every year? Why is anyone not held accountable?
