My account got hacked, contacted customer support, provided all transactions details, shared all details I remembered, agent said he understood that he can see I had access to account but he is not able to say that I am the account holder. Like why would I spend my money on some random account which I don’t own. They were really not so helpful at all. I spend more than 150 dollars worth of products on that account. Still they were not cooperating enough according to situations.
