My name is Raj
I have taken 500 credit from ring and my due date was 11/09/22 and I paid it on 10/09/22 in morning after that I unistall the ring app ( in thought that whenever I will nedd I will borrow it but just for seeing if my credit amount extend or not I installed the app when after that I was surprised to see that I have dues of 500 which I have not borrowed and when I saw ( Ankit kumar had tried two times but failed and Prince kumar got paid 500 and there transaction id is almost similar ( they are person whom I don’t know) then I called ring customer with fraud and they told me to wait for 24-48 hours they will connect but they never contacted me after that i have to pay 560 rs with overdue then my credit limit got up 1500 and ( due to fear of fraud I have to borrow it again from them they asked 10% of transaction charge which is 150 now I have to pay total amount 1650 . This app has lots of security issues and my covered is that it is showing Ring pay later is RBI registered app
Help me with the issue in earliest time.
