Dear Madam Please once see the picture of my mobile not physical damage, actually physical damage of mobile -break the glass or display problem. But my mobile was not damage the glass and display. Incident ID n 171226-006901
As per the diagnosis from SC, informed the customer that it is considered as physical damage and will be repaired on chargeable basis. Rajith
