Text of Complaint by Balkishan Jangid:

Dear sir,
This is inform you that my bike registered in Rapido bike captain. My issue is i have received ride on date 25 dec 2021. The customer was 750 meters away from me. I reached the customer’s location then after customer canceled the ride. And I’m also pressed Arrived button. I called the support team. All did they refused me for the cancellation fee.
The 750m bike I’ve driven has petrol too. This is wrong policy.
