I made the biggest mistake of my life by buying a software known as Rich Live Trade promoted by a company known as richtradelive.com.

I paid Rs. 5000 for the subscription of one month. My payment details are through Google Pay with reference number UPI transaction ID 2184795532865 dated 5th June 2022.

Unfortunately, the so-called signals generated by the software are all bogus and fraud. It said the market will be in downtrend and I should buy 16000PE. I bought the Put for Rs. 255. The market went up to 16200 and I suffered a loss of Rs. 8200.

Another time, the Rich Live Trade Software recommended a buy of 15800CE on the ground that the market is bullish. Again, the reverse happened and I lost Rs 5400.

It is okay to make loss in the market because it is part and parcel of the stock market game. However, Rich Live Trade Software is committing a fraud and cheating customers by claiming that the software is 100% working and giving proper signals.

I feel such frauds like Rich Live Trade Software should be arrested by the Mumbai Police and put in Jail.

I have also filed a complaint with the cyberpolice (https://cybercrime.gov.in/) against the Rich Live Trade Software fraud. The reference number is CYB-RLS2854321.

Please give me justice and a refund of my hard-earned money.
