Text of Complaint by Bhargav Sai:

I discovered a false entry in my CIBIL report indicating that I had taken a loan from Rhinofinance Pvt Ltd. I affirm that I have never engaged with this company for any loan. My attempts to contact Rhinofinance Pvt Ltd to correct this error have been unsuccessful. Following my attempts to rectify the false entry, I have been subjected to repeated harassment by the company’s customer care representatives. Their behavior has been unprofessional and threatening. It has been brought to my attention that Rhinofinance Pvt Ltd is banned by the NBFC, which raises further concerns about their practices. The false loan entry has adversely affected my CIBIL score, leading to unnecessary stress and potential financial difficulties.

Given the gravity of the situation, I request the Consumer Court to instruct Rhinofinance Pvt Ltd to immediately correct the false loan entry in my CIBIL report, investigate the activities of Rhinofinance Pvt Ltd and initiate appropriate legal actions against them for fraudulent reporting and harassment, and compensate me for the mental distress and any financial implications caused by this incident.

I have enclosed all relevant documents, including screenshots of my CIBIL report, records of my communication with Rhinofinance Pvt Ltd
