We have placed an order on 06Dec2020 on Rhileshop.in, order no #1550 and paid an amount of 1499Rs through card payment. But product is not delivered yet. Contacted the number held in website 9883223475, spoke to him about the same he is telling that product has been cancelled and will give a refund, however he is asking for personal information which is not required and confirmed that he is a fraudster. If we are calling him twice he is blocking the number. Please help us in getting the refund.
