Dear Sir/Madam,

I recently applied a job for work at home based and have received the call number : 9737969517 from Rey Technology @ Gujarat .
For form filling of 1400 at 10 days each form carries Rs 25 so Rey technology will pay for us Rs 35000 as a salary,they asked me to give Adhara card as proof id i also given & told that they will send me an Agreement which i have to signed and forward to the Rey technology,i have thought its like general agreement between the Employee & Company.
We have started the form filling work and completed with in the provided time line(10 days),at the 11 day we have received a call from one of the concern person from Rey technology @ gmail id: patelsurbhi421@gmail.com,Phone number :7211100570 and she have informed that accuracy is 88% ,so have to pay the penalty as per the agreement which is Rs 6700 and they have promised that they will Provide the salary which we have completed,so we have paid the penalty amount @ Rs 6700 on dated 29/1/2020 and I have shared the My Bank details to the Rey Technology.
Immediate next day 30/1/2020,i have received the call from the public prosecutor with the number 8469187937,gmail id:advocatepankajdas.legal@gmail.com
On dated 31/1/2020 Mr.pankaj das have asked me whether like to continue the work or to terminate and He have explained the procedure how to terminate the Agreement in call and Mr.pankajdas has suggested to send a official mail for Agreement Termination with Rey Technology ,
So i have send the official mail to advocate which is for Termination process ,i have got the reply from Mr.Pankaj day that Termination process is accepted and forwarding to Magistrate for the next process and they have asked to pay Rs 6200 as a process fee so after providing the Subsidy we have to pay Rs 3720 to terminate the Agreement policy completely and They have promised that providing the NOC with in EOD.
So we have paid the amount for Termination process and we have followed up months together for NOC but still we didn’t get.
But now in the Month of May 29th again we have received the call from Lawyer which is asking to pay the amount Rs 16,850 which is subsidy amount for terminate the process which is for 7 months and i have receiving the call frequently from the different number and sms like booking legal case under the section 73,74 and 420.
So i dint know what to do for further but at any cost i will not pay any amount,so Requesting to take this Complaint against the Rey technology.
