Please note the following grivances which is remaing pending for a long time.

*  I had taken airtel broadband connection on 23.01.2020 (Plan
799/150Gb/100Mbps), ID 033100900969 and paid 3 months rent in advance.

*  As I was facing problems in uninterupted link connection, so on
21.04.2020 I wrote to [email protected] for resolving my problems
before further renewal of the same.

* I was surprised to find that though I had not authorise Airtel company
to renew the plan ,  still I have been charged different amount every
month at their own discretion..

*  I had requested to rectify the bill through email dated
21.04.2020,13.05.2020,10.06.2020, 16.07.2020 and revert the amount
charged, as there is no base of charging the same since I had already
intimated airtel not to renew the plan (refer my email dated 21.04.2020)
but still date airtel is going on charging rent every month though I had
instructed for deactivating my account .

I have requested airtel nodal office and airtel appellate office to

cancell all the pending charges and revert the same which has been
charged without any purpose and shows as due against my
account no. 7038897191, so that I can recharge and activate my account
immediately. But no initiative has been taken to resolve my grievances.

So, Sir, most humbly I am putting my submission for redress .
