Respected Sir,
Due to recharge shop closed i had tried to recharge through online but unexpectedly done recharge wrongly to  9940533779 i/o 9940388002 on 21Apr 20.
hence i requested to the airtel customer care to reverse my recharge to 9940388002, in between time for urgent call i made 149rs recharge for month to my number so that customer care person informed me once your 149 got expired will carry forward 379rs pack automatically.
but now my 149 package got expired on 19th may, but airtel have deducted 45rs for out going calls from 379 rs i/o carry forward for 3 month pack again when i put the mail they asking to recharge again for 45rs to extend my 379 package,
kindly requesting to help me to carry forward my 379 packages for 3 months please
