Text of Complaint by Vignesh:

I have to get my replacement of Fireboltt 360 PRO Smart watch. I raised complaint against Ticket NO:225354 on 22nd June 2022. Still I have not received any reply & not received my Replacement unit.

I tried to reach over customer care also more than 50 times, the number is not connecting after 10min waiting also(022 48965957)
