I have purchased a fireboltt legacy smartwatch from the flipkart. Within a one week, the display of the product got damaged and blurred. So I have claimed my warranty. Within one week my reverse pickup has been successfully done but didn’t get my replacement for the last 2 months. I have been waiting for the product for the last 2 months.s. It has been notified that the product have been dispatched within 4-5 days. But didn’t get any further update about my replacement. Same response has been given by the fireboltt team for the past 2 weeks and didn’t get any good update.I need an urgent delivery. It’s my humble request to deliver my replacement as soon as possible.
