I Am A Reseller Of Meesho Company.My Customer Want To Return Her Kids Shoes As It Was Unfitted To Her Son Which Was Delivered On Dt 18.11.20 ,So I Put Request On Dt 22.11.20 For Return Pickip & Refund But After Several Times Complaints Against The Courier Partner Ecom Express To Meesho There Is No Action Taken Against Ecom Express. Repeatedly They Cancelled The Reverse Pickup Upto 10.12.20.Also I Want To Arranged Callback From Meesho Backened & Complained Several Times But No Responce From Meesho Till Date.
My Customer Seriously Angry On Me Due To Badly Behaviour & Neglegency Of Meesho.
I Want Proper Action Against Ecom Express And Meesho.
I Want My Customers Reverse Pickup And Refund Asap.
