Hi,
I have done recharge on 6 May 2021 which was not successful on 1st time then after 4 hrs I have repeated the recharge which was seccussful then I approaches to customer care through email they replied on 10 May 2021 that amt will be adjusted on next coming bill which should be adjusted on 30 Jun 2021. But I was not adjusted hence again I approch to them through email they are again giving wrong commitment that amt will be adjusted in next coming bill.Keeping in view of the above I request them to pls reverse my amt as every firm does.
