Dear Sir,
On 08.05.20 when I was paying the bill of airtel through online erroneously the mobile no.keyed in 845286…. instead of 845286…. Purnima Arren.
The amount was Rs 589.00 and it was paid through my credit card.I have sent several emails since then to reverse the amount but the issue is still pending
Kindly arrange to reverse the amount immediately.
