Respected Sir/Madam,
I have used zing dth connection vc no 02137280055 upto November 2022. Further I moved to other platform. On August 2nd 2023, inadvertently I recharged above VC for Rs 500.00 with Order ID RPNZZ505NZ1. On identification of above error I reported this to dish tv customer care and raised a request on 07-08-2023. It’s informed that a supervisor will attend this and will resolve the issue.
So far no one attended my issue on cash reversal. Since I am not using above VC for more than 6 months, I have submitted request for consideration to dish tv nodal officer on 10-08-2023, email attached. So far,No response from the nodal officer too. Kindly do the needful at the earliest for resolution
