hi there my name is rahul sharma actually on the date of -28th july at 4:12pm i had done the recharge on this id-1020456016 but it wasn’t mine so a reversal request had been made by me and i’ve got the call from theirs billing department and asked for recharge 81 rupees of amount in the same account for initiate my refund and the overall amount is now -281 please check this matter and help me to refund my money because after almost one month thet didn’t initiate my refund amount and my subscriber I’d is 1383675632 I’ve filed ample of complaints to refund my amount and asked same for nodal officer of Tata sky.
