I got a call from Mobile Number 9558694602, Name of the call is Yash Pathak and his mail is yashpatak097@gmail.com. He offer me a job in Revenue Vision for data entry Job. He have told me that I have to complete 490 forms with 90% accuracy and they will give me Rs 43 for each form and in total Rs 21070 and the registration fees of Rs 5350 will be deducted from my salary
He have told me I will be receiving a link and said that the provided link will open in my laptop. They have send me a 100 rupees stamp paper agreement and told me to upload my photo, Aadhar card, pan card and image of my signature. I did the same. They have provided my with the login details.
Then I have received a call from the HR of the company who’s name is Atul Agarwal and his mobile number is 7265856322 for the verification.
I have completed the data entry of 490 form within the allocated time. then from the salary department I got a document in a mail which state that I have done 59 mistake but in the information section of that particular form it was stated that I have done only 8 mistake. when I have told them to provide me the rest 51 mistake of data entries, they told they won’t be able to provide those to me and I have to pay Rs 15000 to rectify all the mistake. I have denied to pay that amount and in return they have told me to pay Rs 5350 as a registration fees but I have denied that also.
On 18 August 2021, at 4pm I got a call from Advocate name Inderjeet Singh and his number is 7317421948 and he told me If i haven’t paid the registration fees , they would be taking a legal action against me and I told him if the organization provide me with all the details of mistake that I have done then only I will pay the amount. After saying this, he started to blackmail me that if I don’t pay the amount he would be taking me to the lockup by the evening and then he hanged up the call.
On that day I received a mail from the Jamnagar District Court that a FIR (First Information Report 154A) have file against me.

This is a humble request to please take necessary steps against those people and company who is harassing me mentally and financially.
