Fab Alley dress was taken by the Myntra courier on 27.02.2021

When I didn’t get the return msg in mail, I complaint regarding this in customer support. They want me to provide the name details of the courier person and return receipt. But I don’t have these details as nowadays once they take the return they don’t provide any return receipt, how a customer can provide the details of the courier person as they send 4/5 agents to a particular locality. I have been to the local courier but they are saying the product is lostor misplaced from their end. Many times I have explained same details to the Myntra supervisors but they are saying that they haven’t received the return and so they can’t issue a refund.
One important thing, this particular product’s exchange window was closed when I opted for a return as the app was declining the return many times when the return window was open, so the customer support has approved the return request and the day I received the msg of return accepted, that day itself the product was picked up.
In this case the local courier company is telling me a different scenario of the product getting lost and on the other end they are telling a different scenario to Myntra that the product was never picked up and thus ‘Return was cancelled’ from their end.

In the second case I received a different product of Aurelia of the same price and so I returned it and they have put my product ‘return on hold’ as the local courier couldn’t matched with the product they had in their system.
Now my return on hold has been cancelled to ‘product delivered’.
I have been in touch with Myntra for these two issues constantly but they are just refusing the matter.
I have even requested to Myntra where to share the CCTV footage so that they can check which delivery agents have picked up the products but they seems not to refund back the value.
It’s a big harassment since more than a month as I have been their regular customer since 3 yrs but this has never happened except my last two return pickups….
Kindly help me to get either the products or the refund.
