I have ordered two products on a similar date .. after checked those product physically I didn’t like that much then I applied for return both products simultaneously on a same date .. but one product is accepted for returning but the second product they canceled the return. Even I tried to call customer care as well but I have not received any response from them ..it’s been 10 days still that product is with me .
