Text of Complaint by Samruddhy Ingawale:

I received a broken product, which was very carelessly packed (no bubble paper or similar packaging material used), a Delicate Designs alarm clock, for which I generated a return request. The pickup person denied to take a broken product as he has not received a note mentioning pickup of ‘broken product’. I, then, called up the toll free no. 1800 300 01 579 and was told that next day the product will be picked up. After waiting for 2 days, I lodged a fresh complaint and was assured the problem will be sorted out. The pickup agent again has denied taking the product as there is no note saying he has to pickup a broken item.
It is really frustrating, first to get a product which is a delicate item and is not packed properly and then to face so much of difficulty in returning the product after the return request has been approved.
Please, look into this and do the needful ASAP.
