I had purchased two laptop bags from amazon along with a laptop (with exchange). Laptop was not provided by Amazon due to issue related with the body of my existing laptop (their policy mentioned laptop should be in working condition and display intact for exchange which my laptop was). Since they refused the laptop, i told them that i no longer needed the laptop bags and returned them in proper condition (seal was not even broken by me). They took the laptop bags, processed a refund (Rs. 1863) on August 2nd. However, on 5th Aug, they reversed the transaction stating that it was wrongly credited. After that, I have made numerous complaints with Amazon, however, they have not processed the refund. So now basically they have the laptop bags as well as my money which is not fair.
