I bought product renewed samsung SM – R180NZKAINU earbuds on 26december , but i received wrong colour of product so raise complaint to amazon they replied like we need to do some investigation on the same if it will positive then only you will able to return the product and get refund. They took photo and all proof regarding received product on 7 jan 2023 i got confirmation on investigation is positive you are eligible for return and refund After 14 working day .
I asked why 14 days they said this is the different process so for refund you need to wait 14 days.
On 9th jan 2023 they took return the product.
On 24th jan 2023 i again call customer care and told regarding refund not received yet they said sorry for delay. I am raising a complaint regarding same within 3 days you will get your refund if not received fourth day. Day make call to customer care on will transfer the amount.
I asked why more 3 days any thing is pending from investigation he said no nothing pending for investigation all good due to some internal issue or another issue it was delayed
So said ok .
Today 27th jan 2023 i call regarding the same then i am getting a reply that investigation status us negative the returned product was wrong. so we can’t initiate refund. So i asked for the product they told sorry disposed the product once wrong received. I asked for another help like any other option to recover my loss they told sorry we can’t help and just hang up.
I don’t have the photo of product because once i got positive response i deleted it
But yes instead of black i received different colour( golden )
