Text of Complaint by John Dias:

I had brought a pendrive of Transcend 64 GB..from Amazon seller Appario…which I wished to return as it was not as per product description…Led not available, pendrive cannot be used to boot windows in old laptop…(other pendrive of Transcend works flawless)..
Also the delivery was pathetic…I had given review of the product and detailed my issues with the product and Amazon service…

My return was schedule on 19th of August… The pick up person came to collect the product…but was not ready to give any acknowledgement for the same…i requested him to give acknowledgement or i should click ur photo with the products…so that I have proof of handing over the product…The delivery agent did not take the product, got furious and went away.

I called Customer care on the same day 19th and told them the issue…and they promised and changed the pick up date to 20th…fair enough..

On 20th at 2.30 i went to inquire about the pick up…I called customer care who reply that the Amazon agent has cancelled the pickup….no basis of rejection….

Again customer care informed me that they will inquired about the issue and update the pick up for tomorrow..21st Aug 22.

Problem I faced and need clarifications

1. Why Amazon does not give return memo or challan for pickup of the product to the customer…

2. Why delivery of product is done by keeping the product at door, clicking the photo and uploading…even though person is available at home to take the product.

3. Why the product is not as per description mentioned in the product page..

4. Why the schedule pick date being cancelled by the Amazon delivery agent.

5. Why my pick is not been done at schedule date ….

Needed clarification on the above.
