RETURNED PRODUCT NOT PICKED UP, AMOUNT NOT REFUNDED AND FURTHER ASKING OF EMI FOR A LOAN WHICH WAS NOT AVAILED

Text of Complaint by PARVEZ KHAN:

On 1Sep 2022 I confirmed a product from Byjus on line study course for 11-12 Commerce Stream for my son after receiving so many phone calls from byjus for total Rs 60,000/- I was asked to deposit Rs 5000/- as registration fee and remaining amount will be taken on monthly basis through EMI. And if I am not satisfied with the product and service, I may cancell the order with in 15 days and I will be refunded the registration amount with in 24 hours.

I received the product very late on 07 Oct 2022 and on 10 Oct 2022, I cancelled the order and requested byjus to pick up their product (One Lenovo TABLET for on line study) and return my Registration fee Rs 5000/- as per their commitment.

But to get my order cancelled at their end was not as easy as byjus promised to customers at the time of selling their products. Any how I did the order cancell but till now they have not picked up the product (One Tablet Lenovo) and refunded my registration amount
Rs 5000/-

And now I am receiving the messages from byjus to pay the EMI of INR 4583 towards Loan A/c 94047841666980.
Which I haven’t availed and order was already cancelled in October 2022.

Please do the needful to get me refunded the registration amount and also to take necessary legal action against byjus for making fraud in such a unique way. ( LOAN BEING IMPOSED ON CUSTOMER EVEN AFTER CANCELLATION OF PRODUCT ASKING THE RECOVERY AFTER 5-6 MONTHS.
