29 Nov 2020 : iBall EarWear Sporty Wireless Bluetooth Headset with Mic for All Smartphones (Full Black) – Returned back but it is not yet refunded by Amazon till today,
Complaint register with Amazon : Sahil and Rakhi (2 times throuhg email and 3 times over phone,) but Amazon could not able to track the item and refund the amount.

I would like to inform you that I raised a complaint for your issue regarding the order ¨iBall EarWear Sporty Wireless Bluetooth Headset with Mic for All Smartphones (Full Black)¨ As you informed us that the product has been picked up on 29th November 2020 but it is not updated as picked up. I would like to inform you that team will take the necessary action and will get back to you within 03 working days with the update. e appreciate your feedback. Please use the buttons below to vote about your experience today – But no action taken.
Again registered compliant on 16Dec2020, through Rakhi but no response.
As on today, (28Dec2020) one month completed but no refund received after several contacts made through Amazon.
Be careful while purchasing through Amazon and returning the goods..
