Returned product amount is not refunding by amazon
ON 10th April we booked a Symphony Ice Cube 27 Personal Air Cooler for Home with Powerful Fan, 3-Side Honeycomb Pads, i-Pure Technology and Low Power Consumption (27L, White)
On 11th April we have returned the product by app , our request also accepted, till 13th April no action has taken we contacted the amazon customer care on 13,14,15, on 16th amazon person pickup the item at 12.30pm, till 17 pickup information is not up dated in app we have contacted amazon customer care for this issue, it is surprise to see in app that dated 17 April is shows my return is cancelled, Sir what is this Item is picked up my amount is not refund, today 18 April when we contacted Amazon consumer center, one executive informed to contact Symphony workshop, and second time when i called another executive informed that he escalated the ticket to find out the product ,entire issue no action has been taken on logistic team
Am requesting to kindly look in to the matter take necessary action to refund my amount, here with attached my order, refund acceptance copy extra for your information.
