I had ordered for a Sofa cum bed from Amazon. The delivered product was wrong in color, size and finish and so I returned it. The return was picked by Delhivery couriers on 8th August and the product reached the warehouse of the seller on 17th August. Still Amazon has not only refunded the amount but also has not updated the correct status. The status says that the return was cancelled.
Today again a new status that the item will be picked up and that they couldnot pick up as the house was locked.
I have mailed, messaged and called them about 25 times in the last 2 weeks. But they are absolutely insensitive.
