We had ordered a lehenga from Kalista Ethics, Surat on their website. The product is totally different from the image and we applied for a refund on 26th October. Post that, there is no mail, phone, or WA response. Can you help us? Return of product..I have messaged them through WhatsApp but they are ignoring me.
