Totally disappointed with the service. This is for my order number nykAr458821, i have bought products because delivery date is too early but received late and the shades is too different from the product description, so i placed return request as soon as i received the order but they rejected the request by saying that we already done this in past. I have initiated the return request immediately on the day of delivery without using the product. I have the tag, invoice, everything with me, still you guys have rejected my return twice without describing any reason. I am highly disappointed with the service. This is a cheat you are doing to the customers. I tried many times to connect with them for resolution but they didn’t provide me solution
