Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about Myntra: Clothing, Shoes & Accessories and Return Request
The issue that I have experienced was: I had ordered a Sangria Kurta with Salwar, but after receiving the product, I found out the product quality too bad, it was not at all expect. On top of that, I was facing size issues. So at the first instance, I wanted to exchange my producta and I had initiated the exchange request within a day but the delivery agent did not approve the exchange as he claimed to find stains, when there is NOT A SINGLE STAIN on the product.
I ordered the product on 30th June, 2022 and placed the exchange request on 1st June,2022 and the exchange was rejected on 7th June. The 1st return request was placed on 7th june.
The return requested was rejected by the Customer Care on 9th June, who asked us to place a new request again on 9th June itself. Today the delivery boy, wont pickup the product as he claims the product to be damaged.
I want Myntra to give us the pre approval today itself since till today I have contacted the customer care numerous times but they do not pay heed to the harassment that we are facing. I also want the delivery boy to pickup the product at once.
