I have bought a white crop top shirt from Myntra. The brand was zalora basics.
The product was tried once and saw the size was too small.
And there were few threads coming off from stitching.
I selected size not correct option for returning.
And the pick up guy came and checked the product and took it with him.
And later that day I got message as return is rejected because the product was used.
And the product was returned to me , when I asked the reason to the pickup guy, he doesn’t know the reason.
Then I texted customer service many times on this.
How a product will be damaged if it was tried just once. Customer executives don’t have the exact reason why it was rejected.
They’re always saying it is used .
Already defective product was pushed to customer and they’re rejecting the product saying product was damaged because of the customer.
