Text of Complaint by Sijo:

I have ordered an item ( Indian Terrain Full Sleeve Solid Boys Jacket) from Flipkart on August 8. I have received the item on 10th October. But it was not of good quality. So I made the return request on that day itself. Return request was accepted by Flipkart. Then the next day (11/10) the item was picked up by the courier partner. But it was not updated in my profile. Then on the next day(12/10) the picked up item was given back to me by the courier boy saying that there is a mismatch in the serial number of the product and the return request was cancelled. Then I called the customer care of Flipkart and told my issue. They told that make another return request they will pick up the item again and don’t worry about it, you will get your money back. As per there request I have made another return request and it was successfully accepted by Flipkart. Then the very next day (13/10) the item was picked up by the courier partner for the second time. Again the same problem exist. Britain request cancelled because of mismatch. Again I called the customer care of Flipkart. Then they told don’t worry about it, this will be resolved within next 2 days. There return period of this item was 3 days and the 13th of October was the last day for the return request . So I asked the customer care whether I should make another return request or not. Then they told no need to do that the issue will be resolved. Then I waited for tomorrow days. On 16th of October I have received a call from Flipkart customer care. That all that they got an update from the courier partner that a smart check was mis matching when returning the product. So the return request cannot be processed at process due to this reason. I have returned the item in the original condition as per the return guidelines. there was the original price tag and the original packaging. I returned it as I received. When they delivered the item all the smart checks was correct. But when the item is returned there is a mismatch.
