AMAZON: This is regarding a product for which multiple times return request has been raised. First time it was raised on 3rd August and since the i have been calling customer care and on the person whose number was mentioned received in SMS. Everytime getting some other excuse and till date no one has come to pick the product. Screenshot is given below for your reference.
Last time i Spoke to Biju from Amazon Large Appliance Team who assured me that this time pick up will be done on 15th August. Unfortunately that did not happen again.Above is the mail i had received from Biju from amazon where he had mentioned that “f this time the pickup will be not happen or it will be cancel ,after the update we will be provide you the advance refund as one time exception .” Which also did not happen and since then no further response received. its almost 22 days approx i have been trying to get the product return and get my refund.
