I purchased a dress in mantra. Got wrong item delivered and raised return request. On the 1st day i got the msg that return pickup initiated. Next day got the msg that, return on hold and y check. 2days later i got a msg that, issue resolved. Called to customer service, they are saying that, dress will not be changed and you keep that.
Please help me in this regard and it should not happen further to any customer.

I have returned the product to kyntra and they sent me an sms with ARN number that your refund is successfully inititated but still it has not reflected to my account . after number of times calling they told me contact bank but bank tells me it is not received . what can i do now?
